The sales rep was incompetent and kept providing the various Building Supervisors with incorrect plans for our build. We had to continually keep an eye on the whole process to make sure the options we selected in the Home Gallery were correctly included. We did not receive ANY updates from our Sales Rep unless we asked for them, and even then they were grudgingly provided, and very sparse.
